We offer a number of options for expedited shipping at varying costs. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at support@laffin.fun with the item(s) you would like to purchase and we can provide you with a quote for expedited shipping.
Occasionally, some phone numbers/email addresses reject our attempt to send a confirmation, whether it be an unsupported carrier or a full mailbox. If this is the case, contact us at support@laffin.fun and we will help you get that sorted out!
We aim to have your tracking number sent to you within 1-2 days of placing your order. Please make sure you've checked your email or texts for a shipping update. Otherwise, check your order status page for a tracking number.
We hope you can understand the uncontrollable supply chain issues that Laffin and many other companies are currently undergoing—unfortunately we aren't quite Amazon!
Internationally-fulfilled shipments may occasionally get caught up in customs or border inspection facilities, which can cause a delay in updates. If it's been at least 12 days since your last tracking update, please reach out to us at support@laffin.fun and we'll take a look for you.
Sometimes, if you buy multiple items at once, we fulfill only the parts of your order that are ready for shipment. We do this to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.
If you are missing an item, it is more than likely we are shipping another package to you! Please check your order status page to see which items are included in a particular shipment. We promise we didn't forget!
