Horrible customer service

Accidently placed the order to the wrong address due to the address auto filling and immediately sent an email to tried to update the address, for weeks I sent in multiple emails with no reply whatsoever and I didn't even get and order updates at all just a final conformation of delivery through the shop app.

Cute not cute

We ordered two plushies. Them items itself were cute 🤩. The first one arrived was neatly packed with Laffin logo/mark, meanwhile the other one, which was Laffin Dipper, arrived with torn bag and no Laffin ID whatsoever on the bag. Luckily there’s another clear bag that wrapped Dipper good to avoid damage/ missing accessories when it shipped.
